60 years of Fuchs Zermatt – our anniversary edition is here
Since 1965, we have been baking in Zermatt with passion, craftsmanship and a lot of heart and soul. In our new bread newspaper, we look back on 60 eventful years, on our beginnings in the basement of a building under construction, on courageous decisions, on people who have shaped our business, and on what is still important to us today: good bread and honest work.
In this special edition, we take you on a journey through six decades of baking history. Personal, family-oriented and always close to Zermatt.

60 years of Fuchs Bakery – A story of craftsmanship, courage and family
A detailed look back at the early days with Pius and Yolanda Fuchs. From their courageous start in an unfinished cellar to the construction of the Mistral building and the development of a business that has been supplying Zermatt with bread every day since 1965.

In conversation with Philipp Fuchs
In this interview, Philipp talks about how he took over the business, what has changed and what has deliberately remained the same. An insight into the thoughts and actions of a baker who loves and lives his craft.
