Our breads are genuinely handmade
All doughs are mixed by hand. The dough pieces are further processed and baked. We believe that a machine cannot replace the quality of craftsmanship. This is also reflected in the taste and quality of our products. Each product is unique and may therefore vary slightly in shape from one another, making it unique. You can recognize the quality of the bread by its crumb, crust, smell, and taste.

Would you like a specific product included in your box? Would you like more or fewer items in your box? Let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your requests.
Ordering the day before is enough
You can order your freshly baked goods the day before until 5 p.m. through our usual channels, and you will receive them directly in your freezer the next morning before breakfast service.
Not enough rolls for the evening service? We can deliver them to you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Just give us a call.
Bake in 6 minutes
All rolls can be baked at the same time and will be cooked to perfection in 6 minutes.
(This time may vary slightly depending on the oven brand.) This way, you can serve your guests warm rolls. Upon request, we can adapt our baking instructions for you.
