You have the opportunity to give us your rating under each product in the shop.
Yes, the prices are the same. However, shipping costs will be added for deliveries from the online shop.

Customer account / registration
To register on the website or in the shop, please click on “Login” in the top right corner and select the “Register” option in the next step.
After successfully logging into your account, you'll find all your order information under the "Orders" section. Here you can view your order history, check the current status of your order, and also access details about individual orders, such as the items you've ordered, the delivery address, and the delivery date.
To change your user information, you must first log in. You will then find various options for editing your data in your account area. Click on "Account Details" to change your personal information, such as your name, email address, or password. Under "Address," you can update your shipping or billing address. Don't forget to save your changes before leaving the site.

Cancellation / Complaint
Our fresh food products are excluded from the right of return. The right of return is limited exclusively to products that are unfit for consumption due to our fault.
If you would like to file a complaint, you can send us an email to bestellungen@fuchs-zermatt.ch. Please include a brief statement regarding your complaint and attach photos clearly showing the problem. We will then contact you promptly and find a solution.
If any parts of your order are missing or damaged, you can email us a brief description and photos of the problem to bestellungen@fuchs-zermatt.ch or contact us by phone at +41 27 967 20 63.
Delivery / Order
To order online, navigate to the online shop via the main menu on our website. There you can select your desired products and complete the ordering process by following the further steps.
Delivery via Swiss Post is available Monday through Saturday, but not on Sundays or public holidays. Within Zermatt, deliveries are handled by Fuchs Bakery drivers. Pickup from stores is also possible.
We ship all orders within 24 hours via Swiss Post Priority Mail. Pre-order items are excluded. Bread orders received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday. All orders received later in the week will be shipped the following Monday to ensure that the fresh bread doesn't sit at the post office over the weekend.
The goods will be delivered either by post with applicable delivery charges or by our own drivers, depending on the delivery option you have selected and the location of the delivery address.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to select a delivery date online. You can contact us by email or phone to discuss the delivery date or to pre-order. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Please send us an email to bestellungen@fuchs-zermatt.ch or contact us by phone at +41 27 967 20 63.
If your order hasn't arrived yet, please note that it can take 3-4 business days for it to be delivered by mail. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, we recommend sending us an email to bestellungen@fuchs-zermatt.ch so we can investigate the issue and find a solution.
You can pick up your ordered goods at a Bäckerei Fuchs AG branch. You can order either by phone or email and pick up the goods at a branch and pay on site. Bäckerei Fuchs AG delivers throughout Switzerland.
Pre-orders work like regular orders and are billed directly. Items will be shipped on the date you specify. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. Please note that pre-orders may take longer to ship than in-stock items.
Shipping costs for orders from us are:
- FIP card: CHF 0.90 (postal service)
- Orders up to 2kg parcel shipping CHF 9.-
- Orders up to 5kg parcel shipping CHF 11.-
- Orders up to 10kg parcel shipping CHF 13.-
- Orders from 10kg parcel shipping CHF 15.-
Shipping within Switzerland is insured.

We'll do our best to accommodate your change requests. However, please note that changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has already been shipped.
payment
You can pay by invoice or via TWINT.
We'll send the invoice to the email address you provided immediately after completing your order. Please also check your spam folder if you don't find the invoice in your inbox.
The payment deadline for our invoices is 10 business days. Please note that payment should be made within this period to avoid late payment fees.
Newsletter
At the very bottom of the Bäckerei Fuchs AG website, you'll find a field where you can enter your email address and sign up for the newsletter. Alternatively, you can also select the option to subscribe to the newsletter during the ordering process.
We usually send out the newsletter every two months.
If you subscribe to the Bäckerei Fuchs AG newsletter, you'll enjoy many benefits. You'll be regularly informed about current topics, discounts, new products, and other news. This way, you'll always stay up to date and never miss out on any interesting offers.
At the end of each newsletter there is an unsubscribe button that you can simply click to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
