The Matterhörnli® experience

- Your Matterhörnli masterpiece: a hands-on workshop in which you will make your own box of 15 Matterhörnli pralines under the guidance of a chocolatier.

In the Matterhörnli Workshop, you'll learn step by step how our handmade pralines are created. You'll pour the chocolate mold yourself, choose a filling, and decorate the pralines together with our confectionery team and chocolatiers. The workshop takes place directly in our bakery in Zermatt and offers an authentic insight into local craftsmanship.
Yes. You make your own Matterhörnli chocolates completely from scratch: from pouring to decorating. High-quality Swiss chocolate and regional ingredients are used. You can, of course, take your finished pralines home with you.
This workshop is suitable for families, couples, companies, and groups, as well as individuals seeking a culinary experience in Zermatt. As it's an indoor activity, it's also ideal for bad weather. No prior experience is necessary.
The workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours. It takes place directly in the bakery of Fuchs Bakery in Zermatt. Aprons, materials, and ingredients are provided on site. The proximity to the production area allows for an authentic glimpse behind the scenes of our confectionery craft.
